Cabbage Potato Fry

Cabbage Potato fry is simple to make and taste good.


Ingredients:
Cabbage- 1 cup
Potatoes- 3 medium
Oil- 1 tbsp
Salt- to taste
Chilli powder- 2 tsp
Turmeric- Pinch
Jeera- 1 tsp
Garam masala powder- 1tsp
Preparations:
1. Wash and chop the Cabbage into long slices.
2. Wash and chop the potatoes into thin and long slices. (Need not peal the skin of potatoes).
3. Take both cabbage and potato slices into a microwave safe bowl, sprinkle some water and micowave about 4mts (The time may vary for your microwave).
Method:
1. Heat oil in the non stick pan, add jeera, turmeric and fry a minute.
2. Now add microwaved potato and cabbage slices to the pan, stir well and fry abt 4mts by adding salt.
3. Once they are done, add chilli powder, garam masala powder, mix well.
4. Check the salt and spiceness. Add if u need some more.
Now the cabage potato stir fry is done. This is the simplest and fast method.
Note: You can directly fry the vegetables in pan instead of putting in microwave. Its entirely upto you. But the process is same. I followed this method to reduce the preparation time.
