Preserving Chapathi Dough














Preserving chapathi dough:

This is very imporatant especially when some guests are coming or for some party, we can prepare large amount of chapathi dough and keep in the fridge and can be preserved fresh about 5days of time. Also it is very useful for the people who goes out for the job everyday and very busy during weekdays, so that they can plan in advance, can prepare like this and store on weekends and can use it whenever they want during week days.

All we need for this is a Zip lock bag and a piece of Aluminium foil.

Procedure:
1. Prepare the chapathi or puri dough (amount as u wish- u can make this dough using the food processor also).
2. Need it very good.
3. Apply little oil on all sides of the dough, place it on aluminium foil.
4. Close all the sidesd tightly.
5. Take a zip lock bag, keep the foil in it. Remove all the air from it.
6. Close it properly, lock it and place it in the fridge.

Note:

1. Take the dough from it whenever u want, close it again, place again in the fridge.
2. Hope its very useful for everyone.
I have stored the dough before 5 days, today I opened it and saw, it is as fresh as I prepared today. Please have a look at this picture.
