French Bread Toast




Sometimes we don't feel like having a heavy breakfast. In that case this French Bread toast is perfect one to have and made in just minutes, also with the ingredients are available at our kicthen at any time.
Ingredients:
Bread slice- 1 no
Sugar- 1/2 tsp or optional
Pepper powder- 1/4 tsp or optional
Salt- optional
Egg- 1 no
Milk- 2 tbsp
Butter- 1tsp
Dosa skillet to prepare french toast.
Method:
1. In a bowl, take milk, add sugar, pepper powder, Egg, beat well till all the ingredients are mixed up well.
2. Meanwhile heat the skillet.
3. Place the bread slice in the beaten egg mix, let it be for 10 sec and flip to the other side and let it be for 10sec.
4. Check the heat (It should be medium hot). Add butter or normal oil, place the bread slice with a spoon on skillet. Fry on low flame till golden colour and filp to other side, add butter and fry it to golden colour.
5. Now it is done and serve hot....
Note:
1. You can skip the milk and add curd instead of milk.
2. Add either sugar or salt.
3. Pepper powder is entirely optional.
4. When you keep the bread slice in the beaten egg mix, it should be removed after 10sec and should be fried on skillet immediately (Don't over soak the bread slice in mix). It will become soft and becomes paste..
