Capsicum fry

Capsicum Fry is a easy dish. We can prepare many varieties with Capsicum like capsicum curry, fry and rice etc. Today we are going to see the capsicum fry with less no.of ingredients. Usually I prefer making 2 dishes everyday like pappu and fry or cury and sambar like that. Today I made capsicum fry and Egg, tomato gravy. So I want to post both the recipes. Here is the recipe for capsicum fry...






Ingredients:

Capsicum - 1 cup(finely chopped)
Jeera- for taste
Turmeric- pinch
Salt- 1 tsp
vepudu karam- 1 tsp
Chilli powder- as required
Coriander leaves- 2 tbsp
Oil- 1tbsp
Roasted and ground sessame seeds powder- 2tbsp

Preparations:

1. Wash and chop the capsicum very finely.
2. Put them in microwave safe bowl, sprinkle few drops of water and microwave it abt 4mts(the time may vary for ur microwave).
3. Remove from microwave and keep aside.

Method:

1. Heat oil in the pan, add jeera when they pop up add chopped capsicum.
2. Add turmeic powder, Mix well and cook abt 4mts, without covering with lid.
3. Keep stirring in between.
4. When it is done, add salt, vepudu karam, chilli powder, mix well.
5. Switch off the stove after a minute.Add sessame seeds powder, mix well.
6. Garnish and serve hot with coriander leaves.




Note: Sessame seeds powder is optional or you can also add ground nut powder or you can exclude both of them.
