Puri















Puri is a favorite dish for everyone. Kids love to have this yummy puri.
Ingredients:
Atta- 2 cups
Salt- 1tsp or for taste
Oil- 1 tsp for mixing with the atta
Oil- for frying puri's
Suji- 2 tsp
Water- required
Preparations:
1. Take atta, salt, oil(1tsp), suji, add warm water little by little, mix well and make a soft dough.
2. Need it well, apply oil on all the sides and let it set about 30mts. Cover the dough with wet cloth.
3. Divide the dough into equal parts, need again.
4. Put little atta flour, roll them as round puri's.
5. Heat oil in the pan, put puri and fry till golden brown colour on both the sides.
6. Remove from hot oil, place it on tissue paper so that excess oil will be removed.
7. Serve hot with Besan (Check the posting in my blog) or kurma.
