Coconut Laddoo













Coconut laddoo is a delicious sweet which can be preserved for about 10days of time by storing in the air tight box.

Ingredients:

Grated fresh coconut- 2 cups
Milk- 1/4 cup
Ghee- 1 tbsp
Ilachi powder- 1tsp
Sugar-1 cup ( u can add more if u want)

Preparations:

1. Grate fresh coconut and keep aside.
2. Make ilachi powder and kee aside.

Method:

1. Take a non-stick pan, add ghee, after it melted, add coconut, mix well.
2. Keep stirring so coconut won't get burnt.
3. Fry it till the moisture gets evoparated from coconut.
4. Add sugar and mix well.
5. Add milk, mix well, coconut srats sticking and the mixture gets thickend from now.
6. Keep stirring, add ilachi powder, mix well.
7. Once the mixture is thickend, switch off the stove.
8. Cool it for 5mts, take small amount of mixture and make round ball of it likewise make all laddoo's.
9. Let ic cool, preserve in jar or air tight box. Eat it whenever u want.

Note:

U can exclude milk and sugar by adding 1cup of condensed milk. So it tastes more tastier.
