Egg Tomato Curry

This is a very simple and tasty recipe.







Ingredients:

Eggs- 4 no
Mustard seeds- 1 tsp
Jeera- 1 tsp
Urad daal- 2tsp
Turmeric Powder- Pinch
Curry leaves- 5 no
Coriander leaves- For the taste
Salt- for taste
Oil- 3tsp
Hing- Pinch
Chilli powder - 1 tsp
Onion- 1 big
Tomato- 2 big
Garlic, ginger paste- 1 tsp
Daniya powder- 1 tsp
Garam masala powder- 1tsp

Preparations:
1. Chop the onion, tomato, coriander leaves.
Method:

1. Heat oil in the pan, add hing, mustard seeds, jeera, when they cracle, add urad daal and turmeric powder and mix well.
2. Add curry leaves, onion chopped and saute it for 3mts till they come little crispy.
3. Add chopped tomato, daniya powder, salt, chilli powder, mix well and cook for 3mts
4. Now break the eggs and add it to pan, leave it just like that for 2mts.
5. Now mix well and cook for 3mts.
6. When it is done, check the salt, add garam masala powder, chopped coriander leaves. Mix well and switch off the stove.

That's all. The tasty egg tomato curry is ready.









This goes well with the Rice and chapathi.
