My 50th Post- Vegetable Manchurian

Vegetable Manchurian is yummy snacks or apetizer. We generally order either veg or gobi manchurian at restaurent. We order it as a starter. We feel that it is such an difficulty one to prepare at home. But it is very simple and easy one to prepare. It is little time taking process. But if u really like to have it then its worth to prepare at home. I do prepare sometimes just for the change of taste also its my favorite one. It is my 50th post. I am very happy that I have succesfully finished my 50 posting so soon.

I have placed all the pictures in an order, so that when u prepare it you will not have any confusion. Just go step by step.
Here first we need to prepare the veg manchurian's and gravy separatley then mix both and cook for sometime and serve hot...
Ingredients for the Manchurian's:
Carrots- 1/2cup
Beans- 1/2 cup
Capsicum- 1/2 cup
Cauliflower- 1/2 cup
Cabbage- 1/4 cup (I haven't added this time)
Green chilli -3 no
Ginger paste- 1tbsp
Chilli powder- 1/2 tsp
Salt- for taste
Oil- for frying
Daniya powder- 1tsp
turmeric- pinch
Green onion- 1/4 cup
Cilantro- 1/4 cup
Maida- 1/2 cup or as required
Corn flour- 1/4 cup
Curry leaves- 8 no
Method:
1. Wash, peal and chop all the vegetables very very finely and keep aside
2. In a bowl, add chopped vegetables and remaining other ingredients, mix well, add litttle water if required and mix well.
3. Check the salt, the dough should be tough if it becomes thin just add little maida to it and mix well.
4. Heat oil for frying in kadai, when its hot, take little amount of dough, make a round ball and drop in the hot oil, that way put some balls and deep fry on both sides till golden brown colour. Don't fry on high flame, so it will be just cooked outside and inside it will be raw.
5. That way cook all the manchuria's and put them on tissue paper so that excess oil will be observed by it.
Now they are ready.
Ingredients to prepare the sauce:
Oil- 2tsp
Finely chopped onions- 2medium
green chilli- 2 no
ginger paste- 1tbsp
Garlic slices- 2tbsp
Tomato ketchup- 2tbsp
Chilli sauce- 2tbsp
Veniger- 1tbsp
Soya sauce- 1tsp
Green onion- 2tbsp
Salt- for taste
Daniya powder- 1tsp
Garam masala powder- 1tsp
Chilli powder- 1/2 tsp
Coriander leaves- 2tbsp
Water- 4tbsp
Method:
1. Heat oil in the pan, add ginger and garlic paste and stir well and cook till the raw taste goes.
2. Add finely chopped or long sliced onions, add salt and fry till the onions becomes little brown colour.
3. Add green chilli chopped, green onion and cook for a minute.
4. Add tomato ketchup, chilli sauce, veniger, soya sauce, chilli powder, daniya and garam masala powder and mix well.
5. Add water, mix well and cook for 2mts. Check the salt. Add chopped coriander leaves.
Now this sauce is ready.
Veg manchurian preparation:
1. Add the fried manchurian to the prepared sauce, mix well and cook abt 3mts.
2. Turn off the stove, garnish with green onion, coriander leaves and serve hot as an apetizer or snacks.
The delicious food is ready now. Hope you all enjoyed the dish.
