Egg Tomato gravy

Egg tomato gravy is a great dish. It is very tastier one. It taste's more good on next day. It can be served with Chapathi or rice or a side dish.





Ingredients:

Oil- 1tbsp
Jeera- 2tsp
Turmeric- pinch
Onion- 3 big
Tomatoes- 3 medium
Eggs- 5 no
chilli powder- 2tsp or for taste
Salt- for taste
Lemon juice- 1tbsp
coriander leaves- 2tbsp
garam masala- 1tsp
daniya powder- 1tsp
cloves- 3 no

Preparations:

1. Boil the eggs, peal them and slit each egg into 2 pieces.
2. Wash and chop the onions very finely.
3. Wash and chop the tomatoes, coriander leaves.

Method:

1. Heat oil in the pan, add jeera when they pop up add cloves. Stir and fry abt 1 mt.
2. Add finely chopped onion, mix well and cook till they become transparent and soft.
3. Add finely chopped tomatoes, daniya powder, chilli powder, salt and cook for 5mts.
4. Add enough water for consistency, mix well and check the salt.
5. Cook till nice consistency and till tomatoes mashed up properly.
6. Add egg slices to it, lemon juice, garam msala powder, mix well and cook for 2mts.
7. Add cilantro and serve hot with rice or chapathi.





Note: Lemon juice is optional.
