Mushroom curry

Mushroom curry is one of the delicious foods. Basically mushroom itself does not have any taste but when you add it to all the masala's it taste's really good. I am a vegetarian, so I never used to like the mushroom. But I thought to try for once and it really turned very delicious. I was wondered. I am yet to try the Mushroom Biryani.
Here are the Ingredients for Mushroom curry:
Mushroom- 1 cup
Tomato- 2 big
Onion- 1 big
Green peas- 1/4 cup
Kasturi methi or fresh fenugreek leaves- 1tbsp or 1/4 cup
Oil- 1tbsp
Jeera- 1 tsp
Turmeric- pinch
Green chilli- 3 no
Chilli powder- 1 tsp
Salt- for taste
Cilantro- chopped
Lemon juice- for taste
Daniya powder- 2tsp
Garic cloves- 4 big
Ginger- inch slice
Preparations:
1. Wash the mushrooms and chop them as cubes(ur desired size).
2. Chop the onions and tomatoes very finely and keep a side
3. Wash the frozen peas.
4. Chop the cilantro, green chilli, garlic and ginger. (or u can use garlic and ginger paste also).
5. Wash the fenugreek leaves, chop them.


Method:

1. Heat oil in the pan, add jeera, garlic, ginger slices(paste), mix well and cook for a minute.

2. Add green chilli and finely chopped onion, stir well and cook till they become transparent.

3. Add finely chopped tomatoes, stir well, cook abt 4mts or till they get cooked.

4. Add green peas, cubed mushrooms, stir well, cover with the lid and cook abt 5mts by adding enough water. Stir in between.

5. Add daniya powder, chilli powder, salt, lemon juice, mix well and cook for 2mts.

6. Check the consistency and salt. Add kasturi methi powder (by rubbing between two palms) or add freshely chopped fenugreek leaves once mushrooms are half done.

7. Add freshly chopped coriander leaves and switch off the stove. The curry looks like this........
